Subject:       Minutes of Board of Directors, May 22, 2003

 A quorum of directors being present, President Troy Holloway called the  meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. at the Bristol Management Office. Directors present: T. Holloway, J. Randazzo, P. René, and Lisa Coffey.  C. Scalzo was absent.  Byron Goin was present representing Bristol Management Services.

 Motion made by J. Randazzo to approve minutes of April 24, 2003 as read.  Seconded by L. Coffey, Passed unanimously.

 The agenda was suspended for homeowner comments.  Most comments and discussion revolved around the upcoming painting of the homes.

 Returned to the agenda at 8 pm.

FINANCIAL REPORT:  P. René reported that current accounts were being changed to Enterprise Bank.

 ACC REPORT:  One piece of correspondence relating to Direct TV.

 SECRETARY REPORT:  Secretary Randazzo stated there was no correspondence.

 Management Report: The manager’s full report is attached to the minutes.

Because of conflicts, J Randazzo moved to change the June meeting to the 12th. Second by L. Coffey, passed unanimously.

OLD BUSINESS:  P. René moved to send the homeowners an assessment letter stating the cost of $1,547 per home, $2.25 per linear foot of wall per side, and $3.25 per linear foot for the optional aluminum fence. 

NEW BUSINESS:  T. Holloway moved to purchase 12 signs advertising Garage Sales. Second by P. René, Passed unanimously.

 Discussion of Painting procedures took place.

 P. René requested a Point of Order pertaining to the ACC appointments by the Board of Directors.

 P. René moved, in the interest of change and new ideas that the following appointments are made: Architectural Control Committee Chairperson, Guy Pellitier; Members, Spencer Bird,  Mike Trotta, Lisa Coffey and Charles Godfrey.  Second by J. Randazzo, Yes, T. Holloway, P. René, and J. Randazzo.  L. Coffey abstained.

 ADJOURNMENT:  Motion to adjourn L. Coffey at 9:50PM, seconded by P. René, Passed Unanimously.
