ANNUAL MEETING OF OWNERS OF

THE HAMPTONS AT MAPLEWOOD

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

INCLUDING ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

 The annual meeting of the owners and election of directors of The Hamptons At Maplewood Homeowners Association was held on March 25, 2004, 7:00p.m. at the JUPITER COMMUNITY CENTER (Located at 210 Military Trail in Jupiter).

 At this meeting, there were insufficient proxies and attendees to establish a quorum and allow you to vote for owners who have submitted their name to serve as a Director. 

 As a result, the same Board of Directors will remain in position until March 2005:

• Colleen Scalzo, President

• Joe Randazzo, Secty. 

• Peter Rene, Treasurer

•  Lisa Coffey

• Dick Thomas

   A new Secretary must be appointed at the next Board of Director’s meeting on April 22, 2004.
