NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF OWNERS OFTHE HAMPTONS AT MAPLEWOODHOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INCLUDING ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
The annual meeting of the owners and election of directors of The Hamptons At Maplewood Homeowners Association will be held on March 27, 2003, 7:30p.m. at the Jupiter Middle School. At this meeting the membership will elect three directors. If you believe that your abilities can contribute positively to the government of the association, please give serious consideration to serving on the Board of Directors. If you wish to be a candidate for the Board of Directors, please prepare the enclosed form and return it to Bristol Management no later than March 3, 2003. A second Notice of Meeting will be mailed to the membership in the first week of March, and copies of the Director Nomination Information Forms received will be included. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend this important meeting to elect members of the Board of Directors and to participate in any other Association business brought before the Annual meeting. I am aware that there are typically 15 or more meetings of the board each year and, if elected, I will commit myself to regularly attend meetings and to be an active participant in board meetings and other Association related functions. I acknowledge that the By-Laws of the association provide that absence of a director from 3 of 5 consecutive regular meetings of the board will result in automatic removal as a director.
