A
quorum of directors being present, President Troy Holloway called the
meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. at the Bristol Management Office.
Directors present: T. Holloway, J. Randazzo, P. René, Lisa Coffey and C. Scalzo.
Byron Goin
was present representing Bristol Management
Services.
Motion made by J. Randazzo to approve minutes of
May 22, 2003
as read. Seconded by L. Coffey,
Passed unanimously.
The agenda was suspended for homeowner comments.
Eric Wells From SunArt Painting was present to answer questions by the
Board and residents.
Returned to the agenda at
8 pm

FINANCIAL REPORT: P.
René stated that the reports have not been updated and will be corrected as
soon as possible.

Randazzo stated there was no correspondence.
Management
Report: The
manager’s full report is attached to the minutes.
At this point of the meeting J. Randazzo left
for a business appointment.
OLD
BUSINESS: No

NEW
BUSINESS: P.
René moved acceptance of the waiver from
262 Sussex Circle
concerning the damage to the wall and all
warranties on said wall by the association.
Second C. Scalzo, Passed unanimously.
P. René moved to assess the homeowners for the painting as mailed in the
letter to all homeowners. Second, L.
Coffey, Passed Unanimously.
P. René moved to approve Achie Dawdy, Bristol Management Staff to perform
the punch list inspections. The cost
of this service shall be $30/hr with a max of 5 hrs.
C. Scalzo second, passed unanimously.
