Subject:            Minutes of Board of Directors, July 24, 2003

A quorum of directors being present, Secretary Joseph A. Randazzo called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. at the Bristol Management Office. Directors present: J. Randazzo, P. René, Lisa Coffey and C. Scalzo.  T. Holloway was excused.  Byron Goin was present representing Bristol Management Services.

  Motion made by P. René to approve minutes of June 12, 2003 as read.  Seconded by L. Coffey, Passed unanimously.

  Motion by P. René to suspend agenda for Homeowner comments.  Second by C.Scalzo, passed unanimously.

 Returned to the agenda at 8 pm.

  FINANCIAL REPORT:  P. René explained the print outs of revenue Balances and Assessments.

  ACC REPORT:  No Report

  SECRETARY REPORT:  Secretary Randazzo stated there was no correspondence.

Management Report: The manager’s full report is attached to the minutes.

 B. Goin reported that the Palm and Oak Trees are in need of trimming.

L. Coffey moved to terminate our contract for services with “On Guard” to police our roads and driveways.  Second C. Scalzo, Yes- L. Coffey, C. Scalzo and J. Randazzo. No-0, Abstain- P. René.

  OLD BUSINESS:  L. Coffey moved to paint the Cap on the border wall off white.  This item to be paid from reserves not to exceed $3,000. Second by C. Scalzo, Passed unanimously.

  NEW BUSINESS:  P. René moved that five of the fences around lake one be painted under the terms of the contract after the spray be adjusted not to hit the fences.  Second, J. Randazzo.

            L. Coffey moved to amend the motion that only those homes whose fences are calcium carbonate scaled from the over spray of the fountain be paid by the association from reserves.

Second by C. Scalzo, Passed unanimously.

On the motion with amendment, passed unanimously.

  ADJOURNMENT:  Motion to adjourn L. Coffey at 9:15 PM, seconded by C. Scalzo, Passed Unanimously.
