Subject:  Reorganization meeting of March 28, 2002

A quorum of directors being present, President Troy Holloway called the meeting to order at 8:30 p.m. at the Limestone Creek Elementary School. Directors present: T. Holloway, P. René, J. Randazzo, and C. Scalzo. G. Litinski was absent. Jeff Green was present representing Bristol Management Services.

It was agreed all positions were to remain the same.

J. Randazzo moved to accept the towing contract with Bristol Management Services with the Association attorney's changes. Second, T. Holloway, passed unanimously.

ADJOURNMENT: Motion by J. Randazzo to adjourn second by T. Holloway. Meeting adjourned at 8:45pm.
