Subject: Minutes of Board of
Directors, April 25, 2002
A quorum of directors being present, President Troy
Holloway called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. at the First Church of
Christ. Directors present: T. Holloway, P. René, J. Randazzo,
G. Litinski and C. Scalzo (arrived 7:07pm). Jeff Green was present
representing Bristol Management Services.
Motion by J. Randazzo to approve Minutes of February 28, 2002 as read,
seconded by P. René. Passed unanimously.
Motion to approve reorganization minutes of March 27, 2002 as read,
seconded by P. René. Passed unanimously.
Motion by J. Randazzo to suspend agenda to allow homeowners present to
speak, seconded by P. René. Passed unanimously.
Public Comments were presented to the Board. One
homeowner requested exclusive advertising on the Hamptons web site. Two
homeowners volunteered for the painting committee. Another homeowner
requested a variance to the truck amendment and was denied.
ACC REPORT: C. Godfrey stated nothing new to
report.
FINANCIAL REPORT: P. René gave Treasurer's
report. He also stated that he would inquire as to financing options for
the painting in 2003.
SECRETARY REPORT: Secretary Randazzo stated there
was no correspondence.
Management Report: The managers full report is
attached to the minutes. Items of concern were problems with the
irrigations system, driveway aprons and sidewalks, and street signs.
Motion by T. Holloway to replace the street and stop signs on an "as
needed" basis. Seconded by C. Scalzo. Yes - T. Holloway, No - G. Litinski,
J. Randazzo, P. René, C. Scalzo
Motion by J. Randazzo to accept revised proposal for all sign
replacement. Seconded by G. Litinski. Yes - G. Litinski, J. Randazzo, P.
René, C. Scalzo, No - T. Holloway.
OLD BUSINESS: Discussion took place as to the ACC
committee handling the specifications and colors to be presented to the
Board of Directors for approval and was accepted. The financing s to be
handled by a separate committee.
Motion by J. Randazzo that the cost per linear foot of wall, attached
to each home plus any interior wall that borders the property, be charged
to each homeowner accordingly.
NEW BUSINESS: No new business
ADJOURNMENT: Motion by J. Randazzo to adjourn
second by T. Holloway. Meeting adjourned at 10:16pm.
