Subject:  Minutes of Board of Directors, January 25, 2001

A quorum of directors being present, the meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. at the First Church of Christ by President~ Troy Holloway. Directors present: T. Holloway, Peter René (arrived at 7:03), J. Randazzo and C. Scalzo, G. Litinski, absent. Jeff Green was present representing Bristol Management services.

Motion P. René to approve the minutes as read, second by C. Scalzo.
Passed unanimously.

The agenda was suspended to accommodate the homeowners present.
A Homeowner was present to explain his side of a neighbor dispute. He was referred to the arbitration committee.

180 Hampton Place complained about the number of ducks that have accumulated in the lakes.

ACC REPORT: C. Godfrey stated that there were 3 applications before the ACC Committee, 2 were routine approvals and one was the single door request, which was approved.

FINANCIAL REPORT: Treasurer reported that the delinquent fee report from the attorney is part of the package and matters before the attorney were discussed.
Treasurer reported that our financials were in order. He also stated that he had a meeting with the committee to determine the structure and the method for payment of the painting of the homes in 2003 for recommendations to the board.

SECRETARY REPORT: There was no correspondence during the month of January.

Management Report: The manager's report is part of the package. He also stated that we are in compliance with the South Water District's restrictions.
He also wanted guidance from the board as to the Police Vehicles that are not in compliance with the new amendments. It was determined that the officer produce a copy of the law that made them exempt or illegal vehicles would be fined.

NEW BUSINESS: Preparations for the Annual Homeowners Meeting and Election have begun. It was decided that refreshments would be served again and that we would attempt to include two speakers, one from a paint supplier, representing a manufacturer and a Police Officer for to discuss home safety.

ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 9:20 PM.
