Subject:  Minutes of Board of Directors, February 22, 2001

A quorum of directors being present, the meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. at the First Church of Christ by President~ Troy Holloway. Directors present: T. Holloway, Peter René, J. Randazzo, C. Scalzo, and G. Litinski. Jeff Green was present representing Bristol Management Services.

Motion P. René to approve the minutes as read, second by C. Scalzo. Passed unanimously.

ACC REPORT: There being no business of the Architectural Control Committee there is no report.

Board members had a discussion pertaining to colors for consideration.

FINANCIAL REPORT: Treasurer reminded Board members and the manager the higher spending in certain line items, although consistent with past years, needs to be monitored. Manager discussed communications problems with St. John and Dicker, the Association Attorney, and ways to improve the situation.

J. Randazzo moved that the Board seek other Law Firms for the Collection purposes.

SECRETARY REPORT: The Secretary reported one letter received by a homeowner included in the Manager's Report.

Management Report: The manager's report is part of the package.
Landscaping has started to slow down due to the water shortage and grass growth. Many areas are starting to show stress due to lack of rain. The Fire ant killer will be spread in early March.
The fountain in Lake 1 is working exceptionally and the one in Lake 3 has a burned motor, which is under warranty and will be re-installed.
Sidewalks and Curbs continue to be a problem because they are rising in more areas daily.

NEW BUSINESS: Annual Meeting update: the speakers will be Officer Carla Irons of the Jupiter Police Department and a representative from Porter Paints, Ron Draughn.

Employees of Bristol will be in attendance for homeowner registration and ballot counting.
