Directors, August 24, 2000
A quorum of directors being present, the meeting was
called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the First Church of Christ by
President~ Troy Holloway. Directors present: T. Holloway, C. Scalzo, J
Randazzo. and G. Litinski. P. René arrived at 7:10 p.m.. Jeff Green was
present representing Bristol Management services, and two homeowners were
present.
The agenda was suspended until after a presentation for TerraBrook, a
new development to be built East of The Hamptons.
Minutes of the July 27, 2000 meeting were
accepted. Minutes of the May 25 meeting were approved as amended.
Motion to approve by J. Randazzo, second by C. Scalzo, passed
unanimously
A.C.C Report: Chairperson Charles Godfrey
reported that nine requests for approval were made by Homeowners, Five
approved by Manager, 4 before committee and that all met standards for
approval.
President Holloway asked if there was a homeowner that wished to speak
to the board. Mrs. Palovina wished to speak about her assessment
agreement.
Motion by J. Randazzo to approve agreement, second by P. René, Passed
unanimously. (At this time P. René went to speak with the homeowner.)
Management Report: Jeff Green, Property Managers
Report is part of the package. (P. René returned at this time.)
There was discussion as to complaints about a nuisance situation at 182
Hampton Place.
A proposal from Treasure Coast Irrigation was presented for the
installation of fountains in the remaining lakes.
G. Litinski moved to accept, second J. Randazzo, passed unanimously.
Financial Report: Peter René, Treasurer reported
that interest income was being moved from the current accounts to the
operating funds where they belong. He also stated that the attorney wished
to have guidelines established for collection of default fees and
assessments.
J. Randazzo moved that a minimum of 10% of the balance plus current
fees be the least acceptable. Motion died due to a lack of a second.
Secretary's Report: Secretary Joe Randazzo
reported that there was no Board correspondence this month.
