Subject:  Minutes of Board of Directors Organizational meeting, March 23, 2000

A quorum of directors being present, the meeting was called to order at 9:50 p.m. at the Jupiter Middle School Cafeteria. Directors present: T. Holloway, G. Litinski, J. Randazzo, P. René and C. Scalzo. Jeff Green was present representing Bristol Management services.

Organization of 2000 B.O.D. Joseph Randazzo made a motion to maintain the officers of the Board as was last term (1999). Coleen Scalzo seconded the motion, which was carried by a unanimous vote.

Other Business: Troy Holloway asked the Directors if there were any objections to moving ahead with the installation of thirty lights at the three entrance ways as approved at the last meeting. Being none the installation will be ordered from the low bidder Abaco Electric Co, the lights were being purchased directly from the distributor from City Electric Co.

A meeting of the Directors will be scheduled to discuss clarification of amendments and plans to present them along with the Annual Meeting minutes for ratification by members.

ADJOURNMENT: With no other business to discuss the organization meeting was adjourned by unanimous vote.
