Subject: Minutes of the special
meeting of the Homeowners, June 15, 2000
A quorum of being present in person or by proxy,
President, Troy Holloway, called the meeting to order at 7:45 PM at the
Jupiter Middle School Cafitorium. Directors present: T.
Holloway, President; J. Randazzo, Secretary; P. René, Treasurer; G.
Litinski, C. Scalzo; E. Dicker, Association Attorney and Jeff Green was
present representing Bristol Management Services.
The purpose of this meeting: to answer any
questions about the proposed declaration amendments and submitting the
written consents mailed to Homeowners.
Ed Dicker presided over the meeting.
Item 1. Questions
arose as to the legality of the statement on the ballot that no votes were
counted as in favor. Mr. Dicker explained that this type of situation,
written consent, was not a ballot but a consent order validated to change
Association Documents with a 50% + 1 in the affirmative. He also stated
that the time frame for the affirmation was 60 days from the receipt of
the first written consent. Some questions were raised as to the
enforcement of the amendments
Item 2. Some
homeowners raised the question again about the painting. The Board's
position was explained again as the only way to uniformly oversee the
painting project. G. Litinski expressed the difficulties of the past
boards in its attempt to enforce the painting issue. Charles Godfrey, HOA
member, expressed his agreement with Mr. Litinski that although many
homeowners would choose to paint their own homes, this was for the common
good.
Item 3. No
discussion.
Item 4. No

Item 5. No
Discussion
At this time, Mr. Dicker noted that the
first written consent was received on May 25, 2000 and that the acceptance
of such consents would end sixty days from that point.

PM.
Respectfully Submitted,
Joseph Randazzo, Secretary
